What non-scale victory did you have this week?

With Easter weekend here for some of us, the scale may be the last thing we want to look at! I thought it might be motivational to think about a non-scale victory you have had this past week (i.e. did you go down a pant size, complete a particularly satisfying workout, try a new activity, adopt a new health habit? anything!). It doesn't have to be from this week; feel free to share any of your favourite moments!
My accomplishment this week involves enlisting the support of my friends. I always complained about being overweight and how I wish I felt healthier to them, but this week I actually did something about it. When we met up, I suggested we go for a walk as the spring weather was beautiful and mild and my friends readily agreed. We decided to participate in more active activities (like walking, bowling, swimming, etc.) more frequently. They were also more than happy to act as support systems for me in terms of being open to listening to (and asking!) how I'm doing and offering encouragement. It felt really good to open up to them this way and to have them be so enthusiastic about helping me out
