I haven't seen Whey Low mentioned here, so I'll bring it up. I use it in lieu of sugar and sugar substitutes like Splenda and Truvia. It is made with lactose and fructose....full technical/nutritional details are on their site. They sell a white sugar version, a brown sugar version (Whey Low Gold), a confectioners suger version, and a low glycemic white sugar version. 4 calories per teaspoon and it measures 1:1 for sugar.
