Hi! I just started using the MFP food and exercise logs this week, after tiring of Shape.com's virtual trainer (very buggy), and this is so much easier to use. Love it! I'm motivated to get in better shape and get back down to my ideal weight by the end of this year. Short term, I'm leaving for a 9 day kayak/camping trip on the French Broad in NC in just 7 wks, and it would be easier to carry the kayak and gear without carrying extra weight too. :happy: I've set a goal of losing 10 pounds by then - that would be an excellent start and great motivation. Reading the success story posts and nutrition advice is great!

    That's awesome! I have never been kayaking. Sounds like a good time and NC is gorgeous! Excellent goal to start - good luck!
