Anyone try the Flat Belly Diet?

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone has tried the Flat Belly Diet? I was thinking about starting it and wanted opinions. I think most of my belly size is due to bloat, and have read that this diet is supposed to help with it.

    I did it last year with the Insanity workout program and lost a lot of weight.
