    I love this database...i use it all the time...especially since MFP doesn't calculate calories burned during strength exercises!

    Indeed, just used it and it gives very similar info to calories burned for some exercises like running for example as mfp. And for those of you who really wanted to know, it even (at long last:) has an estimate for the calories burned while engaging in some serious one on one with your significant other. (I wonder who volunteered for that study?:))

    Hell, if I base my workouts off that, I burn way more than I think.

    The body fat percentage calculator on that site got me this result: "your body fat percentage is estimated to be 20.50 % using the U.S. Navy body fat formula, or 39.69 % using the formula developed by the YMCA."

    So I'm either a tad bit too little fat or waaaaaay too much? I know that these tests aren't anywhere near as accurate as calipers or a water displacement test but I doubt I'm made out of 40% fat since I'm at my goal weight which is a bmi in the low 20's

    The other tests on the site were good though!
