I eat the my goal in calories but I burn 600 through excercise, so I have deficit under 1200. Am I suppose to eat the difference so I don't have a deficit?

The point of MFP is to eat those extra exercise calories so that you don't have a deficit. Some people disagree, but that is the goal of the site. There are some good links on http://www.shouldieatmyexercisecalories.com
But to sum it up, your body burns at least 1200 calories a day just breathing and digesting. If you don't eat those exercise calories you burned, then you put yourself at risk of not eating enough for your body in the day. Eating them will help your metabolism and help you have a sustainable weight loss.0
