I live with my parents and they don't have a scale, they work anytime or every time they are needed. I don't have a job, so I'm not out there busting my *kitten*. How can i be shown how much i weigh, if we don't have a scale? I have no transportation to get to doctor or any place that have a scale. Please help me, i need to know how can i "measure how much i weigh, and have lost/gained?

Measure yourself....sometimes it shows a loss before the scale.....also you should be able to tell by your clothes & how they fit.

Any drug store will sell them. If you can't afford one, weigh yourself in the store

Really, though, measuring is more accurate - and most accurate if someone else does it for you.

Yeah, a tailor's measuring tape is just a few dollars at Walmart.
  • lol weighing myself in the store would be kind of embarrassing. Thanks for letting me know about measuring. My clothes doesn't show me any change in what i've lost so far, before i joined this site.
