pizza party

i feel my pants getting tighter and my eating has been all out of wack lately...my friend is making pizza tonight and i am trying to think of a way to get out of eating it. i do not want to be rude, or draw attention to myself. does anyone have any sneaky tricks to just avoid th pizza altogether?

    Bring a salad and have more of that and 2 slices of pizza? That's what I usually do when pizza is involved. :)

    Eat some cucumber or something low in calories before you go too (in addition to bringing a salad) so that you aren't hungry when you first get there.

    You can always do a quick workout to fight the calories. If they are making the pizza themselves from scratch, odds are it's going to be pretty healthy and reasonable calories!

    Unless they pan fry it or something ridiculous.

    Chew pizza slowly, set it down and talk a lot! They probably won't even notice if you only eat one piece if you take the focus off the actual eating part. Distraction is always your friend :wink:
