No Eat This! Diet has some awesome low cal recipes. They are so yummy. Tonight I had BBQ Pork Chops and felt like I was in heaven. Its been awesome.

    Are you sure you're not thinking of that David Zinczenko guy? He's the one that write those "Eat this, Not that" books... He's a total D-Bag.

    I checked this book out from the library awhile back . There were a ton of yummy sounding recipes.
    I don't think he's a dbag at all... he seems pretty cool. I'll have to agree with Helen! He's pretty easy on the eyes! =P
