30 Day Shred and loging excercise

This is what my husband and I are doing for our exercise right now. I'm wondering if anyone can help me on the best way to log this exercise?

We are on the 2nd day of level 2 if that makes any difference.

    I call it general circuit training for 25 minutes. around 200 calories for me.

    perhaps think about investing in a HRM. I used to track mine by circuit training, but I def do not burn how much .i.t claimed.
