Stupid Ear Buds Keep Falling Out!!

So I have an old school ipod shuffle with ear buds that I use when I work out. After 10 minutes when I start getting a little sweaty those little suckers just keep on poppin out! I do high intensity on the elliptical & I'm so frustrated that I have to slow down and get them back in place only to have them do it again 5 min later!
Anyone else have this problem... anything help?
Doing cardio without my music is not an option :-) & it's a shared fitness room so I can't just put on a radio or something. I tried using another pair of ear buds I have but it didn't make a difference.

Get the clip-on kind! They're AWESOME! They clip behind your ear. I have some that rest right on my ear but they do make clip-on ear buds too. Good luck!0

I use the ear buds with the soft inserts on the buds. They are way more comfortable, sound better and easier to use.0

For about $20, you can get a pair of yurbud covers that will go on the buds you already have. They really hold the buds in place well and don't pinch or bind like over the ear hooks can. I do also like the kind of earbuds that have the hooks over the top, but the "yurbuds" would let you keep using the ones you've got.0

Do you have small ears? Between my tiny ears and my glass I can only wear industrial strength earbuds.
I can't even get the foam earplugs in my tiny canals.0 -
I have the same problem. I just keep ramming them back in.0

I had the same problem BEFORE I even started to work out and it drove me crazy! My wonderful husband bought me soe of the Bose earbuds and they have 3 different silicone covers (large, medium & small). I use the small so apparently I have small ear openings. I love them and there is a definite difference in the sound. They are kind of pricey for earbuds though. I was very frustrated with them falling out before and havnet had that problem at all now.0

I use these too, way more comfortable than the buds that come with the Ipod. I use skull candy earbuds and they come with three different sized, perhaps you need a different size. When I get sweaty they do start to come loose, but I just push them back in a little, it gets annoying but they don't actually fall out.0 -
Duct tape them to your head.... or staple them.....
Actually, the foam covered buds work great for me. I always hated them before because they wouldn't seal tight enough. But the ones I have now are pretty decent.0 -
Wow, I never considered that my ears could be small. I guess maybe they are haha. I didn't know there were different sizes available either. Hopefully that will help.
Thanks for all the suggestions, I'll check them out!0
