First day down

Well, I'm usually good at keeping fitness records for about 2-3 days before i get busy and forget to make the time. I figure by posting here I'll try to make myself a bit more accountable for my progress. So far it seems like a great community and fitness tool. Look forward to meeting everyone.
Just went grocery shopping today and came home with lots of the outer aisle type fresh foods. Hopefully my meals will be pretty yummy and healthy for the next few days. I tend to cook a lot on the weekends to try and have some prepared meals for the busy work week. Maybe I'll get to post some fun new recipes soon and steal a few from others.
Proud to have finished my first day on track. Off to go watch an episode or two of Big Bang Theory and then read a few more pages of Shogun before bedtime.
