Small Successes

I had been at 1850 net calories (to lose 1 lb a week) since I joined in June. I went back through today and it's now 1820. And my exercises are netting fewer calories burned for the same time. It may seem small, but needing fewer calories and burning fewer for the same work means I'm making progress. And that is good for me!
