I used Nature's Own 9-Grain 40 calories per slice. Also come in Wheat. I like it.

I no longer eat bread at all.

However, for my husband, if I don't bake him fresh bread I buy Whole Grain Country bread from Trader Joes.

    Trader's Joe sprouted 7grain bread. 60 calories per slice. 5g protein, 1g fat, 7g carbs, 3g fiber.....

    try to beat that.

I usually Arnold 100% Whole Wheat Bread- 100 calories per slice, but NO High Fructose Corn Syrup.

Chompie's carbs Not Multi Grain Bread
    Per slice:
    58 cal
    2g fat
    0 chol
    68mg sod
    3g carbs
    2g fiber
    1g sug
    7g pro

No HFCS, Kosher, damn tasty. :D

If I can't get to the store for that, then I use the Orowheat/Arnold HealthFull breads. I like the Nutty Grain and the hubby likes the Whole Wheat. They're all 80 cal per slice and the Nuttygrain is 150mg sod, 17g carbs, 5g fib, 2g sug, 5g pro.
  • I like honey wheat sandwich thins. Only 100 cal per roll.
