INTENSIFY DRILL Details...
Before the negative complaining starts, I too have a busy schedule: I wake up at GYM 5am-6am CLASS 7:30am-8:20am WORK 9am-5pm CLASS 6-10PM Mondays,Wednesdays and Fridays so don't give me that “I'm busy” BS that's life we are ALL busy! Don't mean to be harsh but again this is INTENSIFY!! We all say we want it right?? PROVE IT!! Yes we can (I will) post how tired and sore we will be that's why we are here for each other's support to push us when we feel weak. It's ok to scream, cry, and sweat the whole time just get it done! :)

Take a picture, measurements or both before your first workout and again on your last I will give instructions on how we will share them as we get closer to the end.

Ok, we will begin the Intensify Drill tomorrow Sunday April 24th- Saturday May 14th.

Goals:

add 10-15lbs to all weight training (If you do leg presses at 35lbs add 10 start doing 45lbs ect.)

Walkers/Joggers/Runners add 0.2-0.5 to your current speed (I do 5.5 so I will start doing 5.8)

Elliptical peeps add 2 levels of tension.

Swimmers time your laps then add 3 laps in your current time.

ALL strength training work add 10 reps to each set. (This includes sit-ups, lunges ect.)

Workout must be 5 days consecutively per week for 2 weeks its called INTESIFY for a reason...

Personal Notes: My workout routine is 20 mins of sweat busting running, then ab work or leg work I alternate days for each but run everyday. My leg work is weighted lunges and squats till they are about to give out (literally I'm shaking down the stairs lol). AB work is body bridge, side body bridge for each side, traditional crunches with legs straight up, Russian twists, bicycle crunches, inclined crunches, reverse crunches. Stretching in between each exercise.

Food Choices: One other thing that will help is making a bit wiser choices when it comes to our food...I am a slave to Chick fil a so this is hard for me too. Small things make a huge difference though for example: get grilled instead of fried, count out your serving and put the bag away, side salad or fruit cup in place of fries, diet soda instead of regular; can't do diet?? Unsweetened tea with calorie free sweeteners (I love Splenda)

Any questions feel free to ask, come on two-piece!!
