Wanted to share this...morphed many different recipes to come up with my own and only 100 calories per muffin!!

Ingredients:
.5 cup fresh blueberries
2 small bananas, chopped
2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick mix
1/3 cup skim milk
1/4 cup Egg Beaters original
3/4 cup Splenda granulated sweetener

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375*
In a medium bowl, blend all ingredients BUT blueberries. Fold in blueberries to batter.
Either use a non-stick muffin pan (what I used), PAM cooking spray, or muffin cups. Put about 2 TBS of batter in each cup. Bake for 13-20 min depending on oven type and pan used. Insert a toothpick into middle of muffin, if comes out clean they are done!! Keep an eye on them so they don't burn!!! Let cool before serving. Left at room temp, will keep about 4 days....refrigerate and will keep for about a week.
12 servings.

Totally!! These are so basic that really anything could be added....fruit could be switched out too if wanted. Could add nuts as well to spruce them up.
