Question: Burning fat

I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and I am losing about 1.5-2 lbs a week, but I wanted to know if anyone had good exercises for losing fat on the stomach, inner thighs, and arms? I do about 45 mins of cardio and lift weights for about 20-25 mins. Thanks!

    Might get shot down for this...but there is no such thing as spot fat removal. You work out, you eat healthy foods, your body decides where to drop the fat...unfortunately :(

    Just keep at it and the fat will come off. Good luck!
