Question: Burning fat

I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and I am losing about 1.5-2 lbs a week, but I wanted to know if anyone had good exercises for losing fat on the stomach, inner thighs, and arms? I do about 45 mins of cardio and lift weights for about 20-25 mins. Thanks!

Might get shot down for this...but there is no such thing as spot fat removal. You work out, you eat healthy foods, your body decides where to drop the fat...unfortunately
Just keep at it and the fat will come off. Good luck!0
