I found a 20 minute routine by Jillian Michaels in a magazine and have been doing it for 2 - yes 2 whole days! My butt is killing me. :) Talk about a way to remind yourself you should do more strength training! Ok, gotta walk upstairs now. Ouch, oy, ouch.....

    I experienced the same thing during my 1st 3 days of Jillian's 30 day shred! Now I'm on day 6 and feeling MUCH better... Soldier on, it will get better!! :wink:

    I was surprised since I can telemark ski for an entire day with not close to this much pain. I also ran 3/4 mile (I destroyed my Achilles tendons in the park service, so am trying to rehab to be able to run), so maybe that is contributing.
