NEW and need to lose 30 lbs

Hi! I'm new to this site, I LOVE all of these great tools, esp. the food diary - wow, that is such a useful tool with many features that are so helpful. I think this will make a huge difference for me. I'm 45 and I have a mostly sedentary job, but I do try to move around as much as I can and I have a dog, stairs in my house etc. I just need to stay focused. I also have some arthritis and hip problems, so sometimes exercise aggravates this, but I'm not going to let it stop me!! :bigsmile:
