Bender Ball

We bought one today, mostly to help my husband with back pain (didn't have to be a Bender Ball, just similar to stretch his back). I'm thinking I'm going to try to core strengthening. I'm pretty out of shape so should see some benefit from anything I do :) Has anyone used a Bender Ball? What do you think?

    I love mine! It works the lower pooch really well!

    I love my bender ball, but I do not like the dvds they come with. I just put on my iTunes and rock out for 20 mins. I used to use one under the supervision of a trainer for 3 years, so I have some experience with the ball and what to do with it. I would do the dvds if I had never used it before. Just put her on mute and crank up the radio.
