I have a Polar HRM and after exercising it breaks down your heart rate, calories burned, and percentage of fat. What is the fat percentage, ie: 40% mean?
Thank you!
Thank you!

Are you talking about "fat burn" vs "fitness"? I looked on my polar HRM (I have the FT7) and thats the closest thing I could find to a % fat. Fat burn is the amount of time you spent during that workout at a heart rate below a certain threshold (I believe its your anaerobic threshold?).0
