    Terrific job! I've lost 36 lbs., down from 201. I've yet to take any before and after photos but have been told that I look amazing. I think maybe it's time.......!!! Keep up the good work. The transformation is awesome!!!!:smokin:

    Thanks for posting your pictures. They are a great inspiration to me. I started out near your original weight and have lost 26 pounds so far. Seeing how great you have done keeps me encouraged that I can do the same. Best of luck on the next 22 pounds lost.
