Sugar Free Chocolate Chips!

Homemade chocolate chips:

Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a small food processor and blend until completely smooth.
2. Spread out a sheet of wax paper sprayed with nonstick cooking spray on a cookie sheet.
3. Scrape out the chocolate mixture onto the wax paper.
4. Spray another sheet of wax paper and lay on top.
5. Using a rolling pin, roll out the chocolate to a thin layer.
6. Remove the top layer of wax paper and place in the freezer.
7. Remove when mostly solid and cut into small squares using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
8. Measure out how much you made in grams or tablespoons so you know the serving size (Mine made 1/2 cup or 8 tablespoons and 130 grams of chocolate chips)

Entire recipe: 300 calories
Calories per Tablespoon: approximately 38 calories
