Wheat Germ, any thoughts?

Started adding wheat germ to my food intake today. Not sure if it will help me or not, but looks like they say that it has a ton of health benefits! So we'll give it a try. Only downside is that it has 50 calories per serving but you only need 1 serving a day. Any thoughts on wheat germ benefits? Has anyone tried it and seen any health benefits from adding it to your daily intake? I not only want to lose weight but I want to make a healthy lifestyle change too.
