Soyrizo
Help! I am a Mexican gal who misses her chorizo terribly! Chorizo con papas, chorizo cone frijoles, chorizo con huevos. I have finally decided to dip my little toe into the world of Tofu. I am going to buy some soyrizo and make it with my egg beaters scrambled eggs. (please don't start the egg war. I am Diabetic so this is the best choice for me) Anyways...any idea exactly how to cook this? Do I let it melt down like regular chorizo then add egg? Or do I chop it into squares that won't break down? Do I just throw it in the pan? I have no idea what I am doing.
Tofu peeps, I know you are out there! Help a Chicana out!

egg war?
tofu is usually firm..but there is some soft..i dont think it'll melt down..if anything when you cook it it will firm up. usually its precooked so all you'd have to do is heat it up..so i'd throw it in at the same time to cook the eggs0
