Hi there
I'm a 42 year old male in the UK (the Wirral). Managed to slip on a load of weight a few years ago when my thyroid started underacting, and although it's stable now, and wanting to get off the excess I gained in that time.
Am using this for calorie counting and watching (on computer and phone) , and runkeeper on an android phone to monitor my walking (trying to manage about 100 miles a month atm).
Only been using this today so far, but loving it - I think seeing what is going in and matching it with my exercise will really help me :-)

I think you will really enjoy this site, it has really helped me so far and when I start to lose motivation its good to get on here and talk it out with others who may also be frustrated. Good luck to you on your weight loss goals.0

Hi!
My friend showed me this website a couple of weeks ago and I think its great. You can track what you eat, track your exercise and you get great support.
I actually don't live very far from you! Hey, what are we doing in front of the computer, we should be out and about with this lovely weather.
Feel free to add me! The more the merrier!

I have been her for a little while. It is a very nice place. People are very supportive. They enjoy your succeses with you and help pick you up when you slip. It's nice to know you are not the only one struggling. My suggestion is send and accept friends. Makes you feel part of the community and then leads to a nicer experience. Best wishes on your journey. Feel free to add me as a friend if you would like.0
