Splitting one workout over two days?

Help! Cannot do any exercise tomorrow at all. So, if I do another work out at the gym today, but log it in under tomorrow's diary- would that work?

    just be honest in your diary? log what you eat and do on the correct days, its the only way you can be truely accountable for your weight

    i've had to do this before. i'm honest in my diary about what i did on each day, but i still do the extra workout if i know i'm going to miss a day. then, as long as everything was averaged on target for the week, i don't worry about it.

    Just do both today and log nothing tomorrow. It's not going to matter as long as it evens out over the course of the week. Same with calories. If you go over with calories tomorrow but stay under tomorrow, it will all be fine!
