:wink: Time to get my *kitten* in gear and get in shape. Unfortunately no quick fix out there so guess I got to seriously watch what I eat and work that body. I have just joined gym and am purchasing a new bike. But sadly my body getting older So will just have to be careful. WOULD NOT WANT ANY INJURIES NOW WOULD I LOL.

    Welcome, you have the same attitude I did when I started a few months ago. I am sure this site will work well for you and don't be surprised when you feel much younger with a few pounds off.
