Shred with weights

I did this for the first time this morning with a kettle bell and loved it!! Level one had a few difficult moves and it was only 28 minutes long inlcuding warm and cool down but it got me breathing hard and sweating. I will stick to level one for a week or two since I will only be doing this video every few days (I like to use 3 different videos for 5 or 6 weeks then switch things up).

I bought Bob Harpers kettle bell and video and really liek ths hape of his kettle bell. Havent tried his video yet.

    That's great. I'm a big proponent of losing weight with weights as I've done it myself and I feel it really helps retain more muscle. Good luck and keep it up!
