Has anyone ever tried using any of these "fat burning" creams? I have heard mixed reviews of them in a wide variety of places.

    they do not work, deep down you know this. They may help if you have problem areas that stick around once the bulk of the fat has gone but without eating right and working out to get to that point they would prove useless, it is just another gimmick like spot reduction for fat loss.
