Thanks for sharing, always looking at ways to cut my sugar intake. However this article seems really hypocritical, to start out it tells you that the safe sugar limit for a woman is 25g a day (that would be hard for me to achieve) but then goes on to suggest that its an OK choice to eat 18g of that in one chocolate bar. Yes I get that that bar is better than one of the alternatives it mentions but still....0
