I have been in Wisconsin Dells for the past few days....I am so excited to see so many posts since I last saw!
I ate aweful the since Thursday....I watched my portions but just made bad choices. I am 100% back tomorrow morning!!!0 -
@kalebsmama07: You look great!!!! I definitely don't think it is too short. You totally rock that look by the way. Are you wearing your hair up or down? Jewelry?
thanks...as i was alittle unsure of the shortness and heels....no idea with the hair any suggestions....???? and jewelery all set i have a rhinestone on my shoe that im matching for jewelery as i hear shoes should match jewelery...so its white gold im goin with and diamonds...=) and just curiouse stupid question but what type of underwear should i wear ??????cuz never do i wear a dress
hmmm underwear... I would just wear skin color boy shorts or hipsters, but I am a bit conservative when it comes to short dresses and the possibility of seeing the goods. hehe! Hope this helps!0 -
Welcome to the newbies!! Glad to have you!

9. Weekly wrap up: Not a bad week but I am getting frustrated not seeing the loss come quicker. ( I realyl want to get back to the 160s before summer. That would put me at about the half way point and would also make all my summer close fit better ( don't really want to buy any more "big" summer clothes. not worth it as i keep losing weight. Set some goals for this week, hoping it will help:
Goals for the week:
--Tues-Sat, I want to bike/jog/run/elliptical 15 miles. (and stick to min. 2-3 weekday workouts and 1 long weekend workout. In this I would like to inlude the full 5k distance at least once)
--NO POP
--12 cups of water daily
--under on cals daily
--at/close to sodium goal
--spreading my cals throughout the day0 -

I'd like to join in this thread but I'm a tad bit overwhelmed and confused :-) can someone let me know what I need to do? some of the posts don't make a lot of sense :blushing:
:-) I'm a B2B, getting married 8th April 2012... but I want to lose weight for good not just for the wedding - I'm sick and tied of every summer coming around and feeling sorry for myself because I don't look nice in summer clothes or because I'm not healthy enough to take part in cycling and wot not...
Look forward to hearing from you0 -
