I tend to curl my toes up on my right foot when I run, anyone have this problem and if so do you do anything to stop it from doing it? I'm always thinging about it when running...lol sometime they will go numb from not keeping them straight

i do that too even when i walk..it does tend to make my shins hurt and my ankles hurt a bit.

i dont know how to solve it. its probably just how you walk/run. if you are aware of it, try being aware of flattening them out.

I'm highly biased, but I would recommend starting to ramp up on barefoot/minimalist walking and running. Your feet need to be freed. SLOWLY.

The human foot is not meant to be shod.

Maybe buy the 5 toe shoes...............they basically look like gloves for feet? I bet they're pricey, but I have seen rave reviews!

Actually I have the Vibram 5 fingers. They done wonders for my plantars fasciitis. Strengthened my arch tremendously.

maybe your shoes are too small or too narrow or too wide? your feet are sliding forward when you run.

    try tying them tighter.

my feet get longer as the day progresses. really, they stretch out.

lol I used to sell shoes

I was thinking of buying the glove shoe then saw the price :noway: and I have a foot that looks like Fred Flintstones very wide on top I wear a 4E so going tighter is not going to happen. I do a Jet eye mind trick to keep myself from doing it...lol I tell myself that after 8mins I will not let my toes do that and right at 8 somehow it just stops some what
