Need help and motivation

Hello all. I started out great and have lost 15lbs. But lately the weight hasn't been coming out and i work out and eat healthy(sometimes) but I feel like i still should be loosing. Please give advice on ways I can loose. I'm also have a issue with trying to only loose upper body and only toning lower body. How can I achieve this without loosing all over.

    If you are not losing then there is either a caloric imbalance or lack of something in the diet that requires you to get in. Are you eating back your exercise cals? If not then give that a shot for a week, what many fail to keep in mind here is that mfp has already input the caloric deficit needed to shed weight so even if you are eating back every single exercise calorie you will still lose weight. I would also take a good hard look at your intake, are you logging everything faithfully including water intake? If you want to remove every obstacle to fat loss you really need a clean eating diet that will maximize results.
