Procrastinating

So, I have a problem. I'm an absolutely horrible procrastinator. I put homework, and house work, etc to the very last minute, and then I panic until it gets done. Another problem, I'm kind of a perfectionist, so unless it's PERFECT I can't turn it in.

I just don't know how to overcome this problem, and I was wondering if anybody had any creative ideas with how I can start my projects BEFORE their due, instead of scrambling to finish everything on time.

So, any suggestions??

    I figured it would be a good post for other people to refer to, since I know a lot of people around me that procrastinate. It's just been starting to really interfere with my life and it needs to stop asap
