I'm looking for some healthy cookbooks... can be low cal, low carb and I love book with LOTS of pics. Any recommendations?

So far I really like the "cook this, not that" books, and the Taste of Home guilt free cooking.

Two of my favorites right now are: Cooking Light's fresh food superfast (at costco for 15$) and The Eat-Clean Diet cookbook. Both are FRESH and yummy! :-D With pictures for EVERY MEAL! hehe

From Australia here and there is a local series of cookbooks called the "CSIRO total wellbeing diet" It is fantastic. Comes with eating plan (believe me you never go hungry), recipes and shopping lists. Well worth it, and I just checked and there are a few going on ebay for under $10.

I owe a lot of my weight loss to finding " Weight Watchers Book of Recipies ", it had a lot of my favourites in there in a lower calorie form.

Good luck on finding a book that suits your taste.

    Regards
