Hello everyone and Happy Monday !
I just need some ideas on what to have for lunch today and everyday !
I dont have many ingrediants to play around with really just the usual ham salad bits and bobs pasta rice etc....
Even ideas not included any of the things I have mencheoned would be more than welcome I will buy the bits when I next go shopping, I need things that ideally quick and easy to make and no fuss !
Any ideas would be lovely

I like to eat very thin sliced turkey meat or ham & cheese roll-ups for lunch. And recently I've been addicted to the Lean Cuisine Thai Chicken Spring Rolls.0

Wholegrain Ryebread (pumpernickel) is really filling and surprisingly low cal (check the brands to find one that is a bit less dense as this gives you more room to place toppings on ) - my favourite is slicing up cherry tomatoes, dabbing each with a little bit of pesto (1tsp spread out) and then placing pieces of shaved cheddar on top - it is delicious just like that or you can chuck it under the grill for a minute!
240 cals is a big piece of ryebread done up like this - I try to keep my lunches around the 250-350 mark so feel free to look at my diary for ideas.
Even more amazing if you use avocado under the tomatoes, but this ups the cals more than I would like :P
Perhaps try baby spinach + 1/2c cooked buckwheat (tasty and lower cal than brown rice) + small can of tuna with a squeeze of lemon (add other salady things if you like eg cucumber or celery for some extra crunch)
look forward to reading others ideas here0
