I absolutely love cardio kickboxing, turbo kick, whatever you want to call it! Unfortunatley I don't have a gym membership right now so I can't take the classes, but hopefully soon!0

I love spinning, outdoor cycling and the rowing machine... but the best exercise incorporated into every day reality is cimbing stairs two at a time! The difference that has made to my thighs and butt is amazing!0

I love the lower body arc trainer at the gym. Easy on the joints and burns more calories in a shorter amount of time than any other cardio machines there. Also easy to mix up the workout as there are all sorts of incline and resistance variations.0

The best exercise (for you) is the one that you will do!
Having said that I like my elliptical trainer (ALOT).0
