    I have a question, it may sound stupid, but I have never used tofu before. You said mix tofu and something together, is that to substitute the cupcake recipe and then just add the peanut butter, cool whip and milk? Just want to make sure, also are the 145 calories you have down, is that without the tofu or with? They look AMAZING!!!! I'm so glad you shared this with all of us. Thinking I may make these for our Mother's Day cookout this weekend.
