OK, so I don't really post here much... but I thought that I would give this a try.

For the past few monthes I have been really been hitting the gym hard and working my *kitten* off. I usually get up and go to the gym in the morning before work ( at 5:30) and work out till around 7 when I have to get ready for work. I have always enjoyed my morning workouts. Then in the evenings after I work at the barn - ride horses, pick stalls ect. I have beem running on my treadmill at home, and doing some abs stuff anywere from 30 to 50 min on the treadmill. Last week I took a break from the morning workouts just because I felt run down and I thought that I was getting a cold. I still workout in the evenings, but not as hard as I usually do.

Now I am having problems getting back into the swing of the workouts. I was super strict with my diet last week because I was not working out the same now I find that I am not hungery at all, and that I don't want to get up in morning to work out.

I honestly don't know what to do? any suggestions or advice

I'd try one of two things:

    1) Start the morning workouts again, but instead of every morning start out with every other. You may still be fighting something off (cold, etc) or with all the working out you may be short a few calories from working out 2X's a day (in addition to a hards day work). If you're "just not feeling like it" then starting out every other day will be easier to push through.

    2) Depending on where you perform your working out/treadmill maybe you could switch them up. Treadmill in the morning and workout later in the day.

Either way...find what you had and keep pushing on!

I just know I need to do something... I ALWAYS feel awsome after I work out and before that was enough motivation. I just can't get motivated anymore. I hate it. I like working out because it makes me feel strong but I hate feeling like it is all I do. Which somedays it is all I can get done. I really want to get back to were I was. I want to finish loosing weight.

Sounds like classic overtraining syndrome to me. Are you training for any specific goal? If not, it might be good to set yourself up with a goal. I find that I get burnt out sometimes if I'm training just for the sake of training, but if I have a marathon coming up or a bike race or just a goal I know I'm accountable to, it makes a difference.

If you're not training for any specific event, go ahead and take it easy for a week or two until the motivation returns. Keep the big picture in view and don't stress about the small stuff. Good luck!

I have always been very goal oriented... maybe that is what I should try. I have always wanted to run a marathon. I need to just find out about a race and stick to it. :-)
