I am once again back. I need to lose 28 lbs by June 25. That is my idea goal. I am 39 yrs old and I am unhealthy. I have not been to a doctor because I am scared of the results. Last time I went my BP was good but my cholesterol was a little high. I am very active but can be very lazy. I need to find my motivation so that I can start back exercising. Starting today I am making a change.

All the best of luck to you! I'm trying to get back on track too. You've taken the first step, stick with it and the rest will be easy. It may seem easier said than done, but believe me, I've been there. I try to think of this is the fun part of my day - however unmotivated I might feel. Once it becomes a part of your routine, each day it will seem like a little less work.

find something you like doing - walking, gym, home exercise dvd, and/or curves. i love it. i go at least 3 times a week and went times when i first started. lost 11 inches and then maintained weight loss. I too need a little encouragement mostly about eating. i love bread, pasta, and sweets. Keep up the effort it will pay off. dont make your goal unattainable though.0
