HI everyone. This is Jules from the South Coast in the UK. Joined this community via an app on my mobile and it led me here!

I am getting back into shape after becoming ill two years ago, on meds now with over a stone to lose (was immobile for a while) so both need to help my muscles remember what they are for and shift some pounds.

Question: Does taking medication really have an effect on weight gain? I am sure that some of this weight (particularly round the middle) is down to the drugs I am on for rheumatoid arthritis.
