What's your motivation to reach your weight goals?
Mine is I'm going on vacation to Cancun this September and I don't want to look back at all my photos and cringe at the jiggle.

I'm with you on the 'not wanting to cringe at the jiggle'. I can't stand seeing pictures of myself...especially in a bathing suit!0

Mine is adopt a healthier lifestyle. I have been smoke free and now I have significantly decreased the dreaded sugar and processed white flour in my life. I have increased my activity and soon I will no longer see the muffin top. To reach in the closet and where anything I want..glorious. Like getting a whole new wardrobe.0

In the short term- my wedding.
In the long term-my life.
When I was 16 I was sure I was gonna die too early and too huge. I had visions of myself becoming like the mother in "What's Eating Gilbert Grape?", and me dying and someone having to burn down my house because I was too large to remove...
Since escaping the clutches of childhood obesity, I will never let myself go back.0 -
Looking amazing in my wedding dress and being healthy for my kids
The jiggle helps too! I want to wear a swimsuit on my honeymoon and not feel self consious about it.0 -
I just love how tight and strong I feel. I never want to lose this feeling again!0

Being healthy, fit, fast, and looking like a goddess for my husband (who is very godlike in his appearance). Also want to reach my goals before we TTC.0

Next Jan i'm hopefully (fingers crossed) starting a nursing course at Uni. I want a fresh start and i want to be a good example to the pateints and service users that i'm going to be in contact with. Many people with mental health problems, also have weight issues or thier illness may be an eating disorder. That and i want to be as actively part of everything that i can be, i want to do my job to the best of my ability and not get left behind.
One day i might even get the courage to wear a swim suit....0 -
Honestly, I just got tired of feeling bad about myself. I got tired of looking in the mirror and feeling bad about what I saw. I wanted to be healthier. It makes me feel in charge and it makes me feel like I have control about something.0

I want to stay in shape for sports.
All of my friends lift, and I'm competitive, so I want to outdo them at all times.
I want to be able to turn heads in a couple years.0 -
Short term is my wedding in July, long term is having a family.0
