Thanks to @mierla! She gave me a good website on abs to check out. On that site it had a link to an abs website. It looked pretty good. Here's the link: http://www.best-abs-exercises.com/index.html. And clink on the "ab diet plan" too. It had some really helpful tips on there!!

Hopefully we can have some toned abs by the summer!!!
