Eat back ALL my exercise calories????

I have tried not eating my caloroes and eating them. I lose inches more than weight when I eat them back...I love the results I am getting. BUT, what works for me may not work for you. You will need to use trail & error to see what your body responds to. See the link in my signature, maybe it will help. Good Luck!

I too the liberty of checking up on you medications, and one of it's labelled side effects include weight gain and metabolic disturbances - so this is probably why the formulas MFP uses do not seem to work for you.
I would suggest that you contact your physician to get an individual assessment of your metabolic rates and plan your deficits on that basis rather than on the generic formulas used in MFP as they do not take into account possible side effects from medications - and then stay within a healthy deficit while eating back your exercise calories.0 -
