I am just starting week 4 on Ripped in 30. I LOVE this workout dvd! I started to see results the second week and my arms are totally showing more muscle definition than before I started. I loved The Shred too though because it helped to build up my endurance. If you are pretty ok with working out and strength training I'd say go right to Ripped in 30 but if you are new to the workout/circuit training/strength training scene then start with the Shred and get your endurance up and your forms down and then move on to RI30. They are both really good workouts. RI30 is definitely tougher
Good luck!!

Do you have cable tv? They have the On Demand channel (channel 1 I believe) and there is an Exercise TV section. They are all free workouts. The 30 Day Shred - Level 1 is on there. I'd say try it and see how you feel. My husband is about 260 and he was able to do the shred so you should be ok
She gives you modified versions of the moves and I still have to use those. As long as your doing something to get your heart up then you should be good.
