I know 8 glasses of water is what you should take in. I want to know how much should you be drinking to help with weight loss.

I don't really think there is a definite answer for your question. I just drink at least 8 glasses a day and it is great. Not only does it keep you hydrated, you feel more full when you are drinking water all the time, therefore you don't eat as much, and you are keeping things flowing, and not taking a vacation in your body.0
