Last week, I was feeling really down about my plateau. I realized I had no idea how much I weighed before I had kids-it was just something I didnt have to worry about (can you even imagine???) and I had based my goal weight on charts, not my body... so i called my Dr office and requested a sheet of my weights from 2005-2010. Just got the papers today.

I AM ONE POUND LIGHTER THAN I WAS IN 2005-nine months after my wedding & four months before I found out I was preggo with my first child. Thats the thinnest I remember being in my adult life (lets be honest-high school weight will never happen for me!) If I never lose another pound, Im still at my all time thinnest! That last 9 pounds doesnt seem so unattainable now!!

  • NICE!!! I was 155 when I found out I was pregnant (gave my girl up for adoption, best thing for her)... I'd like to be 15 lbs lighter than that... preferably 25 :D
