Only did 35 min today because I also did an hour of Zumba.

    35 min w/ 2 min cool down
    5.31 miles
    255 floors
    Average mets 12.4 (levels 100-135)
    Total calories per HRM= 335

    Routine:
5 min warmup at level 100
5 min high speed at level 135
5 min sideways right side at 100
5 min sideways left side at 100
15 min every other step at level 115
2 min cool down level 90

    That is epic!

sorry no stairs for me yet. It's almost 80 here today and I want to bike but I don't want to skip a day of lifting either. I'm thinking I'll gamble that tomorrow is nice enough to bike as well. Its supposed to rain a lot at the end of the week so I smell another trip up some stairs.

I do them almost every day... same routine usually but not always the same amount of time... 30min today instead of 35min... that's the amount of time I had before Zumba started so that's how long I did it. :)

Oh, I didn't realize you did that every day!! I don't think I could do it every day, doing Wed and Fri for now, will probably start doing Mondays too :)

    Stepmill today was KILLER :)

25 min of intervals with average mets of 12.9
-level 135 for the high and 100 for the low
35 min of calisthenics with average mets of 12.4 (same routine as before)

    Totals:
    60 min
    438 floors
    9.14 miles
    600 calories

Also for the record, the stepmill has been my torture device of choice for at least 7 years now. I'm good at it because my body has adapted to it over time. I didn't just jump on it one day and do a whole hour. I worked my way up to where I am now over quite a long period of time. Patience and consistency!

Today I did a hybrid step mill workout mixing high intensity intervals (HITT) with the calisthenics I usually do.
    Stats:
    35 minutes
    5.3 miles
    12.4 mets
    254 floors

On the lower intervals I went up sideways to the left and right and/or every-other-step. For the high intervals I just held on and prayed I didn't fly off for most but I did manage to do every-other-step for a few rounds of those too. The intervals were 2 min/10 seconds each... levels 100 and 135 on my machine. I was sweating buckets. Total calories burned= 300 ;)
