Hi my name is Naomi, and I've been a member of this site for about two weeks now. I started by want to lose 23lbs by June 4th, 2011 for my best friends wedding. I am the matron/maid of honor adn I wanted to llok great for her special day. I knew this would be a challenge for me because I only had two months to do it. So far I've lost 5 lbs, 2 inches from my arms, waist hips and thighs, and it was hard work. I work out about 4 times a week for about an hr of intensive cardio kickboxing. But I feel like I need help. Is there any way that I can lose more pounds at a faster rate?
